Download this filter and unzip it into your plugin directory in a new folder called AAA.

This filter allows you to add a textured frame to your images. The preview window is not wysiwyg unless it's set to 100%.

The frame in the preview above is shown correctly at a setting of 30 pixels, but the image is shown at only a fraction of its true size.
